Inspiration?

One of the many dresses discovered in my nonnas wardrobe, but I have no idea how to make it wearable...
Any suggestions?

Hmmm, it does have a definite nana vibe going on, but that isn't always a bad thing. I guess the obvious thing is to take it up. I tend to find that particular blouson style to be quite unflattering generally, but it depends on you and where your waist sits whether you can make it work or not. It does have a very vaguely nautical flavour - maybe a blazer over the top might work?

I think it would look quite cool with a tan belt and tan gladiator sandals.

I was just going to say gladiator sandals as well, ms collector! Maybe a long-ish belt that you can also loop in the middle.

I love this.

I would take it up a little, and if you have the skills maybe fashion a v-neck and a more sleeveless cut.

i'd contrast either tan gladiators and belt with it, or go patents for a more edgy look.

love it.

that is really cute!! i love dresses with low waists like that, but i have hips and they never ever look good on me. i'd say to change the dress to suit what you like!
